Jan Hailey, MHL, CMC, CMIS, CMOM, CMCO

Jan Hailey has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare. She is proficient in administration, coding, and billing roles, and teaches medical office professionals around the country how to excel in their careers. During her expansive career, she served as Saint Joseph Health System's Care Management Director where she developed a documentation improvement program and a Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding education program to predict future healthcare utilization by accurately reporting patient complexity.

Linda D’Spain, CMPE, CMC, CMIS, CMOM, CMCO

Linda has more than 30 years of medical administrative experience. She has led offices for a number of specialties with broad responsibilities in business and clinical operations, as well as financial, HR, customer service, information systems management, and compliance. She has also served as an Independent Review Organization (IRO) for the Office of the Inspector General and consulted for the Texas Medical and Dental Boards.

Candidates for CMOM certification should have a minimum of one year of medical office experience.
